This past weekend my mom and I went up to Modesto to see my Grandma Emma. We had a fun time seeing my family, all who have never seen Gavin yet so it was really fun! My Aunt and Uncle have a dairy farm so I took Gavin there with my Aunt Susi. Gavin LOVED the dairy. He couldn't get enough of the cows. We got When it was time to leave, he threw a huge fit in the car screaming "no... cows...cows...moo." He would play in the alfalfa and get a big hand full and put up for the calves and say snack...then they would get spooked and all run away. So he would sit there with his hand out and wait for them to come back and eat their snack. The big momma cow really liked Gavin too, and she kept scratching her face on his shoes when I picked him and put him on the fence. We got to see a baby calf be born, and he rode in the big tractor with my Billy. We stayed at my Aunt Frieda's house and my Uncle Dan has a pigeon farm there. Gavin does love birds. He calls them "booordie". They had a basketball hoop that Gavin thought was the most fun thing ever! We spent quite a bit of time shooting some hoops. We spent Mother's Day on Saturday with Grandma and all us girls. Gavin kept bringing his cars to Grandma like he thought she was bored and wanted to play with them! It was sure a fun trip, and nice to see family.
